Do you agree to purchase the required texts and bring them to each training session? * Yes No To receive a certificate of completion you must meet all requirements set forth by Soul Shine Yoga School. This includes completing all contact hours, all homework and evaluations. Contact hours missed due to unavoidable circumstances may be made up at a rate of $50/hour. * I agree I do not agree Soul Shine Yoga School reserves the right to ask you to leave the program at anytime for inappropriate or unethical behavior. If you live in Baldwin County, you are required to maintain a 12 class monthly membership at Soul Shine throughout the training.
