NEW TO YOGA? WE HAVE A CLASS FOR YOU!

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class. You'll have time to check out the studio and settle in to class without feeling rushed.
     
  • Bring water, a mat and a towel (but no worries if you forget anything...we have mats and towels available to rent and bottled water for sale).
     
  • Ask questions! Teachers are happy to help you.
     
  • Turn off or silence your cell phones prior to class
     
  • Be prepared to sweat in our hot classes
     
  • Most importantly, have fun!
